Seartec Cape Town's Paarl Project: A Success Story

Seartec Cape Town began the Paarl project early this year with the aim of introducing a new business model in the area which is far from the buzzing city. The team's efforts to understand the copier equipment requirements of local businesses in Paarl, demonstrate a commitment to meeting specific needs and leveraging the advancements brought by AI and technology. Paarl is known for its scenic beauty, historical landmarks, and agricultural activities, particularly its vineyards and wine production.

Paarl has become a business hub for many entrepreneurs and business owners. Its location offers a more tranquil and conducive environment for business activities. The town's proximity to the Cape Winelands region and its connection to major transportation routes make it an attractive destination for various industries.

The team’s mandate for Paarl was to educate businesses on evolving technology and let them know they don’t need to sign-up for 36/60 months long-term seartec copier rentals. As the economy continues to crumble and technology changes, businesses require flexibility the same way consumers do.

Our offering presents freedom to businesses to upgrade or downgrade their office equipment as business needs change or technology changes, without long-term contracts. After 4 months of up and down meetings and signing up new businesses, our team managed to host a successful activation in the area in partnership with Drakenstein Chamber of Commerce and Simonsvlei Wines. The activation has seen a positive attendance from over a hundred businesses in the area, including high profile businesses such as Greeff Properties, Pioneer Foods, Tracker, and Protea Hotel by Marriot to name a few. We are excited to spread our operations to Paarl and are ready to contribute to the economic growth and development of the area, creating new opportunities for local businesses and entrepreneurs. Seartec aims to be a catalyst for positive change and progress in the region.
